Andouille Chicken Sausage, Pepperdew and Maytag Blue Cheese Wrap

Super simple wrap, that packs big flavor.

I used Original Brat Hans Andouille Chicken sausage, peeled off the casing.  Sliced and pan fried, with sliced onions.  When the sausage was browned and the onions carmelized, I added a handfull of sliced pepperdew peppers.  Stir, just to warm, then put in soft tortilla wraps.  Top with a sprinkling of Maytag Blue Cheese.

I must say, a little watercress would have been nice in this, as well.
