Someone posted this recipe on Twitter and I followed the link. It looks so GOOD! I can't wait to try this :-)
I have favourited this on my Facebook. I have a cooking channel on You Tube and every now and then I like to cook and feature other blogger's recipes with links back to your blog, of course. Would you mind if I featured this? I would like to make it for dinner and film it over the weekend.

Thanks so much!

I know people say to cut oils but that is where the flavor is! Confit is actually just meat that is cooked in its own fat not necessarily on the bone, like duck breast (DELICIOUS YOU NEED TO TRY IT!!!) I do confit in the crock pot but never tried an asian seasoning so I am going to use your recipe next time I love asian!

This would be great to serve at a pizza party. It could be served almost like a cheese course.

Kind of a crazy combo, but if you say it works, I believe you. Like the idea of lemon with blue cheese very much!

Very unusual, but I'll bet it's really good. Definitely an interesting mix of flavors.

That sounds so good--I would not have thought of adding the lemon. Will definitely give this a try.
